My Bug series celebrates living in harmony with all things – including the much ‘doomed’ bug. Living on my farm (a wildlife sanctuary) amidst healthy uninterrupted renosterveld has allowed me the priviledge of experiencing  the beauty and relevance of these tiny creatures. This series is an ode to them. The paintings are mostly small, detailed and intimate – to embrace the small size of the bugs.
